You can add time for other people in your team using Synergy fieldbook. By default however, only system administrators can submit timesheets for other people in the organisation.
We have changed this as we know sometimes it is easier to submit on behalf of the project team.
To do this, a system administrator will need to go to the Security matrix Settings > Organisation > Security matrix.
Navigate to the Timesheets (project) section.
Tick any of the access levels who you need to submit time for others. This is the security access level they are assigned in their staff profile.
When this is done, any staff member marked with the security access level in the security matrix will be able to log time for anyone in their organisation.
Any time logged will appear in the Transactions summary of Synergy for all staff selected.
