Day of migration: update your v4 database

In your V4 database:

Log users off Synergy V4 cloud

1. Have users log off the cloud
2. Advise Total Synergy that V4 cloud work has ceased (we will disable V4 cloud access)

           Data check

1. Ensure all timesheets are up to date.
2. Ensure there are no unallocated costs  
3. Ensure there are no draft invoices – that is either process or delete draft invoices 
4. Ensure there are no Unapproved timesheets in the system 
5. Run a final Connect session to your accounting system (take screenshots of your settings so that you can recreate these in the cloud)
6. Run the project recalculation tool (Tools > Project recalculation). Set the date to be 1/1/1900
