In your V4 database:
Log users off Synergy V4 cloud
- Have users log off the cloud
- Advise Total Synergy that V4 cloud work has ceased (we will disable V4 cloud access)
Data check
- Ensure all timesheets are up to date.
- Ensure there are no unallocated costs
- Ensure there are no draft invoices – that is either process or delete draft invoices
- Ensure there are no Unapproved timesheets in the system
- Run a final Connect session to your accounting system (take screenshots of your settings so that you can recreate these in the cloud)
- Run the project recalculation tool (Tools > Project recalculation). Set the date to be 1/1/1900
