How do export a document template?

In the off-chance your document template does not work, this video will show you how to export it, so our Support team can have a look.

You can export any of your document templates from the Document templates page (Organisation menu > Settings > Templates > Documents).

To export your document template as a ZIP file:

• Click on the ellipsis.
• Select ‘Export template’.
• In the dialog choose the document template you want to export from the drop-down.
• Click download file. This will download the file as a ZIP file which you will need if you want to import your template back in Synergy.
