- When a role is selected, by default it will show staff who share the same primary office as the project office and uses the same primary role as the one that needs filling.
- When More is clicked, the list expands to show staff who are part of the same primary office but have the selected role type listed as their secondary. It also shows staff who have the project office selected as their secondary and have the same role at either their primary or secondary rates.
EXAMPLE: Jane works in the Melbourne office as a Director and is listed as an Associate as her secondary rate. Jane is under resourced in the Sydney office and needs an Associate to help out with a large project. When Jane uses the team builder in the planning board, she can see Emma as an available resource and that she has capacity to undertake the work.
Note: A staff member who shares the same role but is not connected with the project office will not be seen in the list.
