Access support and help using Synergy in a number of ways.
The Synergy knowledge base contains articles that take you through how to use Synergy, best practice methods, new releases and how to troubleshoot errors.
Access the knowledge base by clicking your profile in any page of Synergy and choosing 'support'.
The support 'widget' lets you search the entirety of the knowledge base and presents the most relevant articles to help you find answers to your questions.
Click an article to read inside the widget window, or expand the article full screen using the arrow button.
Live chat is available Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm (AEDT) and 10am to 3pm (BST).
Use live chat to get immediate assistance (we typically respond within five minutes) and solve simple queries queries on the spot, or provide us with further information so we can investigate.
Access live chat by clicking your profile in any page of Synergy and choosing 'support'. After you've searched our knowledge base, click the live chat button to connect with a Synergy team member.
Inside live chat, you can attach files, download the chat transcript, and view knowledge base articles in tandem.
