Access support and help using Synergy in a number of ways.
Knowledge base
The Synergy knowledge base contains articles that take you through how to use Synergy, best practice methods, new releases and how to troubleshoot errors.
Access the knowledge base by clicking on the widget bubble and then navigating to the knowledge base search field.
The support 'widget' lets you search the entirety of the knowledge base and presents the most relevant articles to help you find answers to your questions.

Live chat
Live chat is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (AEDT) and 9am to 5pm (BST).
Use live chat to get immediate assistance and solve simple queries on the spot, or provide us with further information so we can investigate.
Access live chat by clicking on the widget on any page of Synergy. After you've searched our knowledge base, click the "Send us a message" button to connect with a Synergy team member.

Inside live chat, you can attach files, download the chat transcript, and view knowledge base articles in tandem.

Outside of live chat hours you can still send us a message through the widget and we'll get back to you as soon as we're online. We typically get back to requests within one business hour.
