Common Xero Connect errors (FAQ)
When importing contacts in bulk, Synergy will attempt to sync to Xero four times, with each consecutive attempt waiting a bit longer than the previous before throwing an error message.
- 2nd attempt : 20 seconds after previous attempt.
- 3rd attempt : 30 seconds after previous.
- 4th attempt: 40 seconds after previous.
- If all the 4 attempts throw a rate exceeded exception, Xero will then show an error: Please wait for 60 seconds before retrying.
