What are organizations?
An organization is created by the manager or System Administrator at your company. The Synergy data for your company is stored in the organization for contacts, staff, projects, invoices and more.
- Staff are added to the organizations to be able to have access to Synergy. The staff access level defines what features they have access to use. Read more in the new staff guide for using Synergy.
- Staff can be part of multiple organizations if they work for several companies.
- If none of the companies you work for are currently using Synergy then you can create a free trial of Synergy to see how the features would work for your organization.
- Follow the getting started guide to setup the new organization. Read the getting started guide.
- Or if you are not part of any organizations you can use Synergy to view any project portals that you have been invited to join. Project portals allow you to chat with the project team, download shared documents, and submit documents back to the project manager for review. Read more in the new project portal invitation guide for using Synergy.
