Setup the default project structure with work breakdown templates. Add standard stages and tasks to the template, which can be added to a new project. Group the stages in the template using phases if you are using Synergy Business or Enterprise.
Add a new phase, stage or task with the add icon:
Remove a phase, stage or task with the delete icon:
Click the colored circle to change the preset color of your phase, stage or task (optional):
Various additional options are available to preset within the edit button:
Edit phase - add an optional phase description.
Edit stage - add an option stage description, and preset the fee type, cost centre and discipline
Edit task - add an optional task description.
