The person that created the trial becomes the subscription owner and only the owner can make the following changes.
Under Organisation > Subscription, you will see the following area:
Click 'Change account owner', you will be taken to the following area:
Select the correct email > Save.
If you do not see your email in the 'Change account owner' area, check that your Synergy access level is set to 'System Administrator' and try again.
