**This feature is only available for Synergy Business and Enterprise edition**
To create a custom status, go to Organisation > Settings > Project Lists > Statuses.
Click through via the 'Add' button in the top right corner of this page to create a new status. Be sure to select the correct status type (Proposal, Active, Pending invoice etc).
Synergy default statuses are the following:
- At council
- Budget reached
- Client dispute
- Client liquidation
- Client hold
- Bid unsuccessful
- Bid withdrawn
- Not proceeding
- Job cancelled
- Job incomplete
