Track what the contact record is used for in Synergy using roles and tags.
- Roles - Show what type of tasks the person or company will complete for the project. Roles can be the category or type of work such as council, government, builder, engineer etc. Adding the role in the project contacts tab helps your team know who to call at a glance for each type of project query. Roles are shown in the default views for project contacts.
- Tags - Track extra detail about the contact to display in the project and in reports.
Use the views in the project contacts tab to switch to the tags view, and see the extra details stored for that contact record.
