Timesheets are used to track the time spent on billable project tasks, non-billable internal office tasks, and to track leave like annual leave (holiday time) or medical leave.
With the weekly timesheet view, you can enter time across multiple days of the week using the one timesheet line. Enter the number of hours you worked on the task against each day of the week. e.g. 1.0 is 1 hour, and 0.5 is 30 mins.
Use the Internal project to enter time for leave applications like annual leave (holidays) or sick / medical leave. Time spent in internal office meeting is also tracked against the Internal project. Learn more about using the Internal project.
Timesheets can be entered using these 3 panels:
- Time entry - select the details for the timesheet line.
- Timers - add lines using timers set to track how long you have taken to complete tasks.
- History rows - copy lines entered last week to be in this week's timesheet.
